WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bees Labs, LLC., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
